Christien Winter
Christien is a Director of Sheffield. She joined the firm early in 1986 and has undertaken a broad range of human resource consulting assignments. Much of Christien's work is in executive search and selection, but she also undertakes other consulting work and is a qualified facilitator of DDI learning programmes.

Prior to joining Sheffield, Christien worked in the United Kingdom for an international computer leasing company with responsibility for coordinating sales administration, engineering, transport and distribution, as well as the administration of lease finance.

Christien's experience encompasses:

• Executive search and selection for a diverse range of organisations in the utilities, local government, infrastructure, not-for-profit, manufacturing, retail, health and professional services sectors.
• Managing large scale recruitment projects, involving development of recruitment strategy processes and assessment requirements.
• Assessment and evaluation of individuals for career development or succession purposes.
• Broad range of HR consulting work encompassing board reviews, structural change and organisational development projects.
• Development and management of leadership development projects.
• Career management for senior executives, executive mentoring and outplacement.
