John Sinton
John Sinton is a Search Principal of SheffieldSearch. He joined the company in Auckland in 1976 and has worked in a wide range of human resource consulting activities, with an emphasis on the recruitment of chief executives and their reports, as well as non-executive directors of public and private sector organisations.

John's experience encompasses:

• Many recruitment assignments across a wide range of businesses.
• Chief Executive selection assignments for the State Services Commission.
• Significant experience within the education sector including:
  • appointments of senior managers and academics in polytechnics and universities
  • working with independent schools on the selection of principals
