Mike Stenhouse
Mike is a Director of Sheffield, based in Christchurch.
Mike has over 20 years experience in the South Island market and has been engaged in a wide range of executive selection and organisational development projects.

His consulting experience includes:

• Recruiting at Chief Executive and Senior Executive level in a range of private sector, education and in local government organisations.
• Appointing a number of Non Executive Directors to a range of public and private organisations.
• Facilitating Board and individual Director effectiveness reviews.
• Managing large scale reorganisation projects including restructure and new appointments, encompassing the development of recruitment processes and assessment techniques.
• Facilitating strategic planning exercises and the integration of strategic initiatives into organisational and individual performance.
• Undertaking remuneration reviews for a range of executive appointments.
