Robyn Redford
Robyn Redford is a Search Principal in Sheffield Search engaged in winning and leading senior executive search assignments. Her career in search began in 1990 as arguably the first dedicated Researcher in New Zealand, initially for a boutique search company. She joined Sheffield as a Search Consultant in 1997 and now offers over seventeen years' experience in national and international searches as well as the valuable networks and knowledge developed over time. In mid-1991 she joined the Auckland arm of an international search firm as an Associate and over the next five years was involved in a diverse range of chief executive and second tier search assignments spanning national and international markets. Her earlier career involved four years practicing as a barrister and solicitor and two years heading the legal department of a merchant bank.
